"Member" or "Membership," as referred to in this document shall mean: The member or user of a valid profile name under a username and password MMBa ID Member No for the site during the term of advertising.
"Site," as referred to in this document shall mean: The website for which you are purchasing a profile name under a username and password (MMBa ID Member No) from DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD in order to access the site and its materials and obtain the benefits of Advertising.
"Client," as referred to in this document shall mean: The end-user / customer, of the services of the site and holder of a valid username and password MMBa ID Member No for the site.
“MMBa ID Member No," as referred to in this document shall mean: The combination of unique Profile name, username and password that is used to access a site. A ‘MMBa ID Member No’ is a license to use a site for a period of time that is specified.
"Bookmarking," as referred to in this document shall mean: The act of placing a URL into a temporary file on the member's browser so that the member may return to that page at a future date directly, without passing through any pages that may have proceeded.
“MMBa Tokens”are used to purchase daily advertising plans, which are convert from Australian dollars.
MMBa - refers to MassageMyBodyaustralia.
The company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD will provide one MMBa ID Member No to access the site and its contents for which you are purchasing a space to advertise. MMBa ID Member No’s are only available to Australian legal residents or visitors that have a valid work Visa permit.
The company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD, will appear on your bank statement for the purchase of tokens that you make. All purchases are made by you via BPAY or DIRECT DEPOSIT.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST(Goods and services tax) MASSAGEMYBODYaustralia uses MMBa tokens that have been created by the owners of the site and used at such time when advertising takes place. The member is responsible for such fees according to the terms of the site.
Token System (Agreed to at time of sign up)
The company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD, uses a token system and DOES NOT use Automatic Recurring Billing.
The member can purchase MMBa tokens (minimum 30) at any one time, MMBa Tokens are applied to a current members account at the current listed rate below
We do not split payments between members.
One (1) Australian Dollar (AUD) = One (1) MMBa Token
The number of tokens deducted per day will depend on the member level (BASIC, PREMIUM or PLATINUM) at the time of deduction. Fees for each level are listed on the site and under advertise.
Pausing or changing levels will not effect tokens already deducted for that day. There will be no token adjustment for memberships that change levels or resume from being paused.
The member can choose to suspend or pause their membership for up to 30 days. After this time the membership will become active again. The member can suspend or pause their membership after 10 days of continuous active membership.
Members who have a zero token balance will have an inactive status and their profile will be hidden on the site until such times as the member has a positive token balance.
MMBa Tokens are delivered electronically to your account. There are no additional costs in the conversation from Australian dollar to MMBa Tokens. Transaction details are stored securely on our server and members may, at any time, review and print their transactions/tax invoices from their Profile account.
At any time, and without cause, your account to the service may be terminated by either DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD, or the member upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional email info@massagemybody.com.au. When the member requests the termination, the remaining MMBa tokens are refunded within 30 days. Members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Cancellation requests by member can be made at any time
If you request cancellation or request a refund from DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD, your bank, due to unauthorised or fraudulent use, DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD. can at its discretion, to prevent further unauthorised use, block your information from use at all DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD websites. This will not however prevent unauthorised use at non-DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD websites, and is not a substitution for your contacting your appropriate channels to prevent further misuse.
When the member requests the termination, the remaining MMBa token balance (in AUD dollars) are refunded within 14 days. Should a refund be issued by DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction or by electronic deposit. DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.
The company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD. will only offer refunds of fees, in matters where a Member’s profile was frauduanly accessed due to a failure in MMBa site security arrangements
Refunds will not be offered or issued in situations where an account has been blocked/removed by site administrators for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
Member’s agrees, that at any time they will not bookmark any page to the site that will allow the member to bypass the terms and conditions of the site upon entering. If such a bookmark exists, said bookmark will constitute full agreement to said terms and conditions as well as to admission that member is of legal age of majority in their state, country or region.
Members to the site are hereby authorised a single MMBa ID Member No to access the service or material located at this website. This MMBa ID Member No shall be granted for sole use to one member. All memberships are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities. Commercial use of either the site or any material found within is strictly prohibited unless authorised by the website. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices they're from.
DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD reserves the right to terminate this MMBa ID Member No at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the site.
Transfer of MMBa ID Member No
Access to the site is through a combination of a Username and a Password. Members may not under any circumstances release their Username and Password to any other person, and are required to keep these details strictly confidential. DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the member, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorised access to the site is a breach of this agreement and a violation of law. Members acknowledge that the owner of the site may track through the use of special software each member's entry to the site.
If any breach of security, theft or loss of Username and Password, or unauthorised disclosure of Username and Password information occurs, member must immediately notify the admin team on info@massagemybody.com.au re:security breach. Member will remain liable for unauthorised use of service until the Customer Service Team is notified of the security breach by e-mail.
The site may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of their offering to the Member, and are in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Such Terms and Conditions as listed at the site will in no way invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions listed here. All Terms listed apply to MassageMyBodyaustralia, https://massagemybody.com.au and the member.
I understand that by having checked the acknowledgement of DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD Terms and Conditions, I am affirming that I have read and understand the terms of this account and authorise DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD to accept payments in accordance with the current terms and conditions
If any provision of this agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
Notices by the Customer Service Team to members will take place in a variety of ways.

This agreement is subject to change by at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this site without notice upon each member.
