The company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD does not claim accuracy of information or the timeline of content on listed profiles. The company does not assume liability or responsibility for misrepresentations, errors, omissions that might appear on the web pages.

Massage Therapists that advertise their service on this web site, may make claims about their experience, competence, certification and style of Massage. We do not require this information to be verified or investigated. We will indicate within the profile if any information about the Massage Therapist has been verified by us by using a green tick within their profile.

Most jurisdictions require Massage Therapists to acquire licenses before practicing their trade. MassageMyBodyaustralia does not in any way endorse, guarantee or warrant the license, qualifications or abilities of any individuals or businesses appearing on this website, nor does it guarantee or endorse the quality or efficacy of any services or products offered. MassageMyBodyaustralia is not responsible for and will not become involved in any disputes between advertisers and their clients about any services provided.

Design, layout, features will change in course of time as will the functionality of this web site, Unless this affects you directly within your advertisement, this will take place without notice. Any changes that will affect you directly, a pop up box notification will be generated for you to accept when you log in to understand changes to the web site.

As an advertiser submitting a profile on massagemybody.com.au, You grant the Company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD and its affiliates the loyalty-free, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license as long as you are a subscriber of the Web Site to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, communicate to the public, and display the images (in whole or in part) worldwide for the purpose of promoting the Web Site and its services. 1. Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information to deceive site visitors.
2. Using the MassageMyBodyaustralia directory for any purpose other than providing massage therapy services to clients who are seeking such services on https://massagemybody.com.au. The directory of advertisers cannot be used to sell or promote other goods or services.
3. Sending any form of promotional or advertising material to a listed massage therapist on https://massagemybody.com.au. Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.
4. Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Web Site or any activity being conducted on this site.
5. Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on any the Web Site's infrastructure.
6. If You have a password allowing access to a non-public area of this Web Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorised purpose.
7. Aggregating, copying or duplicating in any manner any of the Web Site Content or information available from the Web Site.

General Terms of Use

1. This site may not be used for advertising of any sexual services or other illegal activities.
2. We do not take responsibility or get involved in negotiations between masseurs and clients outside of our online presence. We are responsible for advertising content online only, inline with our terms and conditions.
3. Providers, either Independent or Businesses advertisers, must be legally able to conduct business within Australia, and must be conducting such business on Australian soil.
4. Unless stated otherwise, to place an advertisement on the site, you must sign up for a paid daily advertising plan. The current rates are posted on the List My Business page.
5. We may, at anytime, request proof of legal work status within Australia. Foreign profiles, or providers that fail to provide this evidence will be suspended without refund.
6. Only one profile/account is allowed per Individual or Business Advertiser. Active accounts must be operated by the account holder.
7. One account is deemed to include all active, inactive, paused or suspended accounts.
8. Accounts cannot be transferred or used by another Individual or Business Advertiser.

Prohibited Images And Data

Advertisers may not use Profile names, words, terms or phrases which, in the sole discretion DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD, suggest the provision of sexual services, are sexually explicit or are otherwise offensive.

Profiles found to breach this requirement will be edited, or the account suspended at our discretion.

Use of the following images on any profile is prohibited. MassageMyBodyaustralia reserves the right to immediately suspend any accounting such images.

- Images that purport to be an images of the Massage Therapist but are not
- Images that infringe the intellectual property of any third party
- Sexually explicit images (including images of genitals and female breasts), images of a sexual nature suggesting sex services or images that depict violence or abuse.

Reviews of Massage Therapy Services

Reviews can only be written by those who create an account as a client. No Massage Therapist or Administration will have the ability to write or edit any review at any time. Administration will review the content to ensure that language and content used is relevant and not offensive in any way. Our decision to approve or deny the review is at our discretion. A client can only write one review per Massage Therapist. Massage Therapists may choose not to take part in the review system and or posting of reviews.

Any Massage Therapist seen to be writing reviews, will be suspended and not refunded any tokens until further notice.

Once approved by Administration, the masseur will be informed via email and then can choose to post the review ‘live’ or hide’ on their profile. This can be done under the Massage Therapist’s profile under ‘Reviews’

Any review that does not adhere to the Terms and Conditions will be rejected and the Client will be notified. MassageMyBodyaustralia does not endorse or validate the truth of any review.

Linking Content

Members’ profiles may only linked to websites associated with the provision of massage therapy services by the Member. Profiles may not linked to any other websites.

Linking to any websites (including those of the Member) associated with sexual services is prohibited.

Maximun Rates

We consider the following to be the maximum rate for services offered on this website

Single masseur 60 min in-call rate - $180

Single masseur 60 min out-call rate - $300

Any Profile that is advertising above the listed base rate, will be red flagged as a possible escort or direct sex service. Your account will be scrutinised and possible cancellation at the discretion of MassageMyBodyaustralia.

Outcall, 4 hands, and other massage durations will be indexed on these rates.

Tax Invoices & Legal Name

THE AUSTRALIAN TAXATION OFFICE GUIDELINES

When we make a taxable sales of more than $82.50 (including GST), our GST-registered masseurs need a tax invoice.

All tax invoices can be viewed or download under Massage Therapists profile for every token purchase made.

Tax invoices must include at least seven pieces of information:

1. that the document is intended to be a tax invoice
2. the seller's identity
3. the seller's Australian business number (ABN)
4. the date the invoice was issued
5. a brief description of the items sold, including the quantity (if applicable) and the price
6. a statement such as 'Total price includes GST'
7. in certain cases the buyer's identity or ABN is required

WE DON'T EMPLOY YOU

1. You are an independent person or persons purchasing a service>
2. We supply you with tax invoices/receipts as to the law
3. We don't share your member details nor do we collect tax from you
4. As an independent provider your tax obligations, and how you manage them, are your own affair

Registration, Username, Password and Copyright Infringement

USERNAMES

Your username will be your email address to log into your account.A profile name will be chosen by you that will be seen by all visitors to the web site. This name should be your :

- legal name (if not english - another chosen english name)
- Business name

Your profile name is required to adhere to the terms and conditions. We will inform you and change your profile name at our discretion if it fails to meet our terms.

Your legal full name and a valid phone number are required at the time of registration for Massager Therapists. Fake information may lead to your account being revoked.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by You. You agree to immediately notify MassageMyBodyaustralia of any unauthorized use of your registration or password.

NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe that your information or images have been copied, reposted to this Web Site and is accessible on this Web Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by providing MassageMyBodyaustralia with the following information:

1. The physical or electronic signature of either the copyright owner or of a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, and a description of the activity that You claim to be infringing;

The unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public display or public performance of copyrighted works constitutes infringement of the copyright owners rights. Terminated, Closed or Suspended Provider Accounts

If you pay for advertising services on MassageMyBodyaustralia, DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD reserves the right to suspend your account for any reason, at any time.

If your advertisement is terminated by DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD prior to the expiration of your current prepaid token plan, due to reasons other than a breach of these terms and conditions, you will be provided a prorated refund.

If your advertisement Plan is terminated by the Company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD prior to the expiration of your current prepaid subscription plan, due to a breach of our terms, you will not be provided a prorated refund.

Your membership can be temporarily suspended, indefinitely suspended, or terminated at any time for any of the following reasons, or at our discretion.

1. Failure to adhere to any of our terms and conditions.
2. Repeated negative feedback from clients.
3. Not providing the service that was advertised. This includes time, service type, cost, unprofessional behaviour - requires supporting proof.
4. Providing false or misleading information on registration and within your profile
5. Illegal activities of any kind, with supporting police report or similar.
6. Fraudulently using any of the member features such as travel calendar or testimonials.
7. Repeated support related issues such as bad language, insults, discrimination or ongoing refusal to accept our decisions as per terms and agreements - this at our discretion.
8. You agree that the site shall not be liable to you for any termination of your access to any part of the site. You agree that if your access is terminated by us, you will not attempt to regain access to the site, using the same or different username, without prior approval from us.

The company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your posting from this web site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access this web site and/or any other service provided to you by the company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if the company DISTRICT 11:11 PTY LTD is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site.

Limitation of Liability
