Do you have a question about MassageMyBodyaustralia or how to use our platform? We have gathered some frequently asked questions to help you easily navigate through our website.
It’s easy, on the HOME page you can search by entering your suburb or post code (be sure to select the suburb from the drop down box).
On the following page from there, you will be able to Refine your Search by adding additional information that is relative to your needs.
Additional to your current search, you can choose an Independent or a Business Facility, if you require an Incall or Outcall, the Gender of the Therapist you preferred and lastly the type of Massage you would like.
Really simple, once you have created an account, under your profile there is a My Favourites tab, so as you browse for Therapists, you can press the ❤️ button that will save your therapists to your favourites.
Not at all. Simply a name, email address and a suburb. Uploading a picture of yourself for your profile is optional.
No photo of you will be displayed anywhere except for your account.
Yes we invite you to write reviews for MMBa Massage Therapists, as this assists other customers making their decision on who to choose.
It’s simple, it takes 2 minutes to register an account under SIGN UP, find your therapist, click on the reviews tab, and write the review. Super easy.
On the Refine your Search page, there is a filter to the top right, that you can adjust to the following;
Top Rated, Most Viewed and Price.
The green tick indicates, that this therapist and the information listed has been verified by the MMBa Support Team.
The stars are the rating system
The numbers listed in brackets are how many reviews the Massage Therapist has.
When the available now green light is on, it means that a Massage Therapist, is available right now. When the button is off,??????????? they still may be available but not actively ready.
Sometimes we can just want a Massage right now, and if you can see someone is available right now, that could be a quick perfect match for you.
Your profile will be live from the next 8am EST once it has been approved by the MMBa Support Team.
Yes, the MMBa Support Team will need to approve a number of things on a profile – Working rights and ID, Photos, Reviews, Qualifications, links and certain data.
This is the ensure we have the highest integrity of information that is correct for our customers.
It can take anywhere up to 24hrs for your account to be approved but in most cases within a few hours. MMBa Support Team hours are 8am-5pm EST (Mon-Fri). Outside of these hours approval my take longer.
It’s very affordable $1 (Basic), $2 (Premium), or $3(Platinum) a day. If your Business operates with multiple Massage Therapists, you will automatically go onto the Platinum Level, as this allows you to advertise for multiple Therapists on one profile.
Yes this payment includes GST and an invoice is supplied to every therapist.
No you do not. As long as you have the ability to work legally in Australia, then you are very welcome to provide your services on our website. You will need to provide documents which will include ID.
